I help leaders bring clarity to complexity — designing people systems and leadership structures that support growth instead of working against it.

My work sits at the intersection of business reality and human experience, where decisions carry weight, accountability is real, and long-term consequences matter. I partner with leaders who understand that how people are led, supported, and structured ultimately determines whether an organization can grow with confidence.

I'm often brought into organizations at moments when that reality becomes impossible to ignore — when growth has outpaced structure, decisions feel heavier than they used to, and the margin for error has narrowed.

My work focuses on fractional HR leadership, strategic HR advisory, and leadership development — particularly within oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, and growth-stage environments where operating complexity is high and structure matters.

In those moments, leaders are rarely looking for another opinion or a quick fix. They're looking for clarity. Perspective. Someone who understands both the business pressures they face and the human impact of the decisions they're being asked to make.

That's where my work begins.

My approach has never been about fixing people. It's about helping organizations see clearly — how the business actually operates, where friction lives, and what systems are quietly working against their goals. From there, structure becomes possible. Alignment follows. And decisions begin to make sense again.

I bring a business-first, people-centered lens to everything I do. That means understanding growth demands, financial pressure, and competing priorities — without losing sight of the human element that ultimately determines success or failure.

Over time, I've become known as the trusted advisor leaders turn to when the answers aren’t obvious and clarity matters most. Not because I follow a script, but because I listen carefully, ask the right questions, and am willing to say what others won't — without assigning blame or creating defensiveness.

I'm often invited into organizations after familiar patterns have taken hold: leadership roles filled without adequate support, systems built quickly and left untouched, and decisions driven by urgency rather than intention. What I see most often is not a lack of effort -but lack of structure that has not evolved alongside the organization’s growth.

Before offering recommendations, I take the time to understand the business model, leadership dynamics, and current state of the organization. I don't believe in rushing to solutions or applying templates that ignore context. Every organization has its own history, pressures, and priorities — and those realities matter.

Clients frequently describe my style as candid, fair, and steady. I'm known for seeing all sides of a situation and explaining complex issues in a way that allows leaders to understand the reasoning behind each recommendation — not just the outcome. Difficult conversations are handled with clarity and respect, and feedback is delivered directly but without accusation.

That clarity is what allows leaders to move forward with confidence.

The name Nine22 carries personal meaning for me. It represents a moment of alignment — a reminder that timing, intention, and purpose matter. It also reflects how I work: intentionally, thoughtfully, and with deep respect for both people and the systems they operate within. Learn more about Nine22 Solutions.

I don't believe leadership is about having all the answers. I believe it's about making informed decisions, building trust, and creating structures that allow people to do their best work without unnecessary friction.

When I partner with organizations, my goal is not dependency — it's capability. I want leaders to understand their systems, trust their decisions, and feel equipped to lead with clarity long after my work is done.

At the core of my work is a simple principle: people are the true currency of any organization. When leadership, structure, and human experience are aligned, growth becomes not just possible — but sustainable.
